Almost daily we are asked if we charge for designs and the answer is simply – No!

Now there are a few reasons we don’t charge for designs and we think they are very important and we’d like to share the main reasons with you. First of all we don’t believe a customer needs to make a financial commitment based on something they have not even seen yet, nor do we believe that just because we do a design for you that you should be obligated to proceed with it and finally, if you don’t want to proceed with it why should you be out of pocket?

Our philosophy has served us well and it’s based on the fact that if you contact us for a costume, it is up to us to create a design that completely fulfills your requirements and we know if we meet or exceed your expectations, then you will place your order and that is the case with almost every design we do. Our business is not about selling designs, our business is about creating wonderful designs that sell themselves and our ability to make those designs come to life in a costume that replicates the design in every way.

There is no need to charge or pay for designs, if we want your business we’re going to invest our time and effort to get it and that will remain our philosophy always.
